NEW YORK, January 28, 2009 – Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL) today reported revenues of $221.9 million and net income of $49.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2008. Diluted earnings per share were $1.74 per share for the year ended December 31, 2008.
