Mr. Sirat joined Greenhill in 2024.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Michel spent 12 years at CMA CGM as Executive VP and Group CFO. Prior to CMA CGM, Michel worked for 11 years at Engie in Paris, Houston and Brussels in various managerial roles. Michel began his career at the French Treasury where he spent 11 years.
Michel graduated from ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration), Sciences Po Paris and Ecole Centrale de Paris.
